Wacky Wednesday

Ok, so I get the Family Fun Magazine, which I would totally recommand to anyone who does not presently own it. Anyway, every year they have ideas to have fun on April Fools Day. This year I finally did their ideas:

I turned their cereal milk blue! Jason told them that there was a new cow that made milk that turned blue when you poured it on your cereal. The girls bought it no problem. Our oldest looked at us like we had gone crazy. It took him a while even after we told him it was for April Fools Day to partake of his breakfast. 8-)

This was our lunch! Fishsticks (sugar wafer cookies coated in peanut butter and rolled in crushed cornflakes) with dipping sauce (seedless strawberry jam) and peas (rolled up green taffy). This is the kids enjoying their wacky lunch! They thought those were the best fish sticks they had ever had! Don't worry normal food eventually followed!

have you heard of the book little pea...i think that is the name. the little pea has to eat candy every day of the week and then for dessert he gets to eat spinach which makes him so so so happy. it's really cute and very funny.
